Guardians & the public
What parents and outside visitors can do in ApexityEdu without an account.
Guardians (parents) and members of the public never sign in to ApexityEdu. Instead they use a small set of public pages. Here is what is available.
Applying for admission
Schools that use online admissions publish an admission form. You do not need an account to apply:
- Open the admission link the school has shared (it usually ends in
/admission). - Fill in the form — applicant details, guardian details, previous school and any documents the school asks for.
- Upload any required files (photos, certificates, transcripts).
- Submit.
After you submit, the school reviews your application. Depending on the form’s settings you may receive an SMS confirming it was received. If the school accepts you, you’ll receive an acceptance SMS; if not, a rejection SMS with a note. The wording of these messages is set by the school.
Students vs teachers
The same form can admit students or teachers, depending on how the school set it up. A student form usually asks for class/roll and messages the guardian; a teacher form asks for subject/designation/qualification and messages the applicant.
Looking up results
Schools that have enabled public results publish them on a results page:
https://your-site.example/results
- Open the results page.
- Type the student’s ID number (not their name — no list of students is ever shown).
- You’ll see that one student’s published results.
If the same ID exists at more than one school, the page will ask which school you mean.
Looking up fees and paying online
Fees work the same way, on the fees page:
https://your-site.example/fees
- Type the student’s ID number.
- You’ll see the full fee statement — charges, payments, waivers and the outstanding balance.
- If the school has online payment enabled, a Pay now button lets you pay the balance by card or mobile wallet.
The school directory
Some deployments publish a searchable directory of active schools
(historically at /results-and-fees). From there you can find your school and
jump to its results and fees pages.
Receiving SMS
Guardians receive automatic SMS messages from the school when they are enabled — for example, when a child is present, late, absent or leaves early. These are configured by the school. You do not need to do anything; just keep the phone number you gave the school up to date.
Keep your number current
If you change phone numbers, tell the school office so attendance and admission messages reach you.
