Student guide

Everything a student can do in ApexityEdu, from checking results to paying fees.

A role-specific guide: everything this kind of ApexityEdu user can see and do.

As a student, ApexityEdu gives you one place to see your timetable, attendance, homework, quizzes, results and fees. Here is everything you can do.

Your home screen

After signing in, the Home screen shows your profile card: your photo, class, roll number, and headline numbers such as your attendance percentage and any outstanding fees. Use this as your daily starting point.

Academics — your timetable and subjects

Open Academics to see:

  • Your weekly routine (which subjects happen when).
  • Your subjects and the teachers assigned to them.
  • Any syllabus files your teachers have uploaded (you can download the ones for your class and section).

Attendance — your in/out/late record

Open Attendance to see your own record for the month:

  • An In / Out / Late card showing your average in-time, average out-time, number of late days, total lateness and average time in school.
  • A calendar shading weekends and days off (your own class’s weekend).
  • A day-by-day log — tap a day to see when you arrived, when you left, how late you were (if at all), and how long you stayed.

How attendance is recorded

Attendance is usually captured automatically by a biometric device or by your teacher at the start of the day. You do not record it yourself — you just view it. If a day looks wrong, speak to your teacher or the school office.

Homework

Open Homework to:

  • See assignments set by your teachers, with due dates.
  • Open the attached files (PDFs, images, documents).
  • Submit your work — you can attach files. Homework submissions support multiple files, and text answers can be typed directly.
  • See the status of each submission (submitted, marked, etc.).

Quizzes

Open Quizzes to:

  • Take quizzes your teachers have assigned to your class.
  • Answer single-choice and multi-choice questions. Your answers auto-save as you go, so you don’t lose progress if the page reloads.
  • See your score immediately after submitting (for auto-graded quizzes).
  • See your GPA and position as a badge on a quiz card when a teacher has turned the quiz into a result.

Exams — your results

Open Exams to see your own results: per-subject marks, grades, GPA and position, once your school has published them. You can also view your academic transcript.

Fees

Open Fees to see your full fee statement:

  • Every charge, fine, waiver, refund and payment.
  • Your outstanding balance (dues).
  • A Pay now button when your school has online payment enabled — you can pay your balance by card or mobile wallet. If more than one payment method is available, you’ll be asked to choose one.

Pay online

If no online payment option appears, your school hasn’t enabled it — pay at the school office instead.

Library

Open Library to browse the catalogue and see books you have borrowed, with due dates. (Borrowing and returning is handled by the librarian; you use this screen to find books and check your own loans.)

Notices

Open Notices to read announcements published by the school.

Feedback

Open Feedback to submit feedback to the school.

Health card

Open Health to see your own health card if your school has recorded one.

Leave

Open Leave to apply for leave:

  1. Choose the dates and a reason.
  2. Submit.
  3. Your application is sent to the people your school has set up to approve leave. You’ll see its status change to approved or rejected.

Your profile

Open your avatar menu → Profile to view and update your own details and photo, and to change your password. (Photos you upload are cropped to a square in the browser before they are saved.)

Printing

From Academics → Routine you can print your routine. Your profile sheet and other documents may be printable too, depending on your school’s setup.
